SEO Tidbits and an Entrepreneural Journey is Chronicled

Over the past 10 years, I have been a part time webmaster, you know the kind...

  1. Lots of tiny projects aimed at being "learning experiences"
  2. Struggle to find ways to get websites into the search engines because they just arent popular enough.
  3. Found out the hard way that my time coding is not as efficient as it could be had I hired someone from India or Asia to do most of the work for me.
  4. Bought over 100 domain names, thinking that I could actually dedicate that much time to seeing the names become something significant...
These experiences, although seemingly struggles at times, helped me to find motivation and drive deep within myself that would enable me to finally break out of the hobbiest mold, and realize my dreams of being able to thrive as an entrepreneur.

Here I will cronicle the experiences that I have gone through, and I hope to share some of those victories and failures with you all in order to help you learn from my mistakes and from the things that I have done well.

An innovative mind is, in my mind, something that you are born with. However, I think the learned behaviors that can surround that innovation regarding entrepreneurship are definitely things that you can pick up on over time, and build a great skill-set from in order to make it as an entrepreneur.

My goal is simple... $4,000 per month in revenue from my websites.
My starting point is solid ... I brought in $316 last month.

Here I will start to chronicle the steps I take to reach that goal.

I know, I know, why not $1 Million??? Well, I like to be realistic. I want to reach my goal by the end of this year. That means I have just over 8 months to increase revenue by over 10 times what I am currently bringing in.

So, what are my sites?? Well, I shall divulge that information in my next posting, as well as a breakdown of how I will accomplish these specific goals.
